It has breathtaking views over the fields to Brenscombe Hill.

There are two chairs, and a wash-stand with tea & coffee making facilities.

There is a wall hung flat-screen TV, with built in freeview and DVD player. There is also WiFi internet access, a radio alarm clock and a hair dryer.
